Claim Dossier: Receive step-by-step instructions, required documents, and pre-filled forms.

3.3 You Represent and Warrant

By unlocking a record, you represent and warrant that:

You are searching for unclaimed property on your own behalf or have legal authority to do so for another person (e.g., as an heir, executor, or power of attorney).
You will not use our service for fraudulent purposes or to file false claims.
You understand that state agencies make final determinations on claim eligibility.

3.4 What We Don't Do

We do not file claims on your behalf.
We do not contact state agencies for you.
We do not take a percentage of recovered funds.
We are not "heir hunters" or claim recovery agents.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

4.1 Record Unlock Pricing

Each record unlock costs $4.99 USD (one-time payment).
Once unlocked, you have permanent access to that record's details and Claim Dossier.
Prices may change; any changes will not affect previously purchased unlocks.
All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store your full credit card number.
You will receive an email receipt for each purchase.

4.3 Refund Policy

4.4 Non-Refundable Situations

You were unable to file a claim for reasons unrelated to our service.
The state denied your claim due to eligibility issues.
You already knew the information provided.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Services (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user, you agree NOT to:

Systematically retrieve data or content to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory.
Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features.
Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to the Services.
Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.

Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Specifically, we are not liable for:

Any unclaimed property you fail to recover.
Inaccuracies in source data from state databases.
Decisions made by state unclaimed property offices.
Time spent attempting to file claims.
Any fees charged by states, banks, or other third parties during the claim process.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to:

Breach of these Terms of Service.
Fraudulent or illegal activity.
Abuse of the Services or other users.
Non-payment of subscription fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
